Marketing Manager
Full time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:​

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients in the UK and internationally
-
Managing all digital platforms (Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, and company website) with a focus on multilingual content
-
Leading culturally sensitive campaigns targeted at Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese-speaking communities
-
Maintaining and strengthening client relationships and communications
-
Building strategic partnerships with solicitors, barristers, and professional service firms
-
Conducting market research and identifying service expansion opportunities
-
Representing WZ Global Ltd at professional and community events
-
Recruiting and managing marketing support staff, including a future Marketing Analyst
The ideal candidate must have:
-
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
-
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a marketing role within the UK legal sector or a related professional services environment.

Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse client groups.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients, legal professionals, and community stakeholders.
-
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and company websites.
-
A good understanding of cultural nuances when communicating with Chinese-speaking and international audiences.

Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently while supporting broader business goals.

Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonus
Working hours: 35 hours per week (10:00 to 18:00 with 1 hour lunch break)
